Thanks for the info. It was some logic in the app footer inclusion
code. I had fixed a bug where an attempt to include the app footer
would error on installs where open_basedir = on

Ok, I compared .008 with .006 and it was there in .006.
Dave, the change is somewhere in phpgwapi/inc (if I replace the directory in
.008 with the one in .006 it works).
