If I were you, I will test another version of php.
 I get a lot's of problem due to regressions in 4.3.11 and phpgroupware.

So if you can avoid 4.3.11 (and try for example 4.3.10 or 4.4+), it
could be a good idea.

Btw, I get these segfault problem only when I compiled myself the php
4.3.11. It seems that debian version of the "same" php is ok in my case
(but that's not a "pure" php version).
