that is stange. Try changing the http://172.16.1.12/phpgroupware/preferences/changepassword.php part of the url to http://172.16.1.12/phpgroupware/admin/index.php and make sure that the user has access to the prefences app in admin > user accounts > select user > edit Cheers Dave PS Please start a new thread rather than replying to an existing irrelevant thread.
