Hey again,
i know, why you choose this method. And yes you are right with a seperated folder for critical data. But I think, the user/admin should have the choice, how secure his application will be. Ok, I think, there isnt really a problem with the speed of the db-operations. I just read my php-error.log (wow a 2 hours wrong configured phpGroupware makes a 60MB file)and i figured out, that the problem is only the wrong path for tmp and user/group-files. Every side view produces 15 failed file-access. So, that may be the reason, y it is a little slow. Now I tried to edit the path for the critical-files manual, but i didnt find the right config file for it. Any idea where it is? Chris said something about a wiki, but actual the wiki seems to http://docs.phpgroupware.org/wiki Is there any possibility to view it right now? So, thanks for the fast help. If i find the answers by myself, i notice you.
