By some time an user stopped to use sitemanager, complaining that does not work anymore.
Only now i've taken this complain into account, and effectively they can add content, revisions, ... but if they add/modify a content, the block are totally wiped/blanked. I've double checked permissions on category, group membership, ... and seems nothing wrong. I've also checked the phpgw_acl table by hand, and again seems there's nothing wrong.
