sorry we couldn't be more help, but that's all we can do with the little info you gave us. a fully blank white screen can only be caused by apache crashing, and if your apache+php install is indeed "correct" then there is NOT A WAY for any php script to make it crash. Your apache logs definitely show signs of a problem.
