i have the same problem and the same error message.
Couldn't open stream {:143/imap/notls}INBOX in
i see that the web address of the server is empty, but
i have set up the account and the server in
admin->email-site config
--where is this config stored? i would like to see what the file there says. it
seems to be empty?
