Public bug reported:
When running the upgrade script from 2.1.3 to 2.2.x the proper columns
are added to the MySQL database, but any existing articles do not have
SEF article URLs generated. This means that when you upgrade and try to
use SEF URLs then the articles will have a blank SEF URL and the article
links will not work.
