Hi Guys, I agree with Christophe. It's best to organize a rehearsal way ahead of the actual event to give ourselves time to debug problems and investigate alternatives in case the proposed approach fails. And perhaps having pre-recorded presentations (if only as backups) would put us on the safe side.
