Hi, I used Pidgin 2.5 some time ago with my ICQ account. After some contacts/groups renaming contact-list messed up: most of aliases are not longer related to ICQ#s. Now I use 2.6.2. I googled a lot to make script like this: for user in contact_list: user.alias = user.vCard.nickname I would be very happy if someone of Pidgin developers (who is familiar with OSCAR) pointed me a right way to do this.
