TestTextDataParser.testLong had a problem I introduced with the last revision,
the others are simply hudson problems.
I still do not understand the "mMaxInt.doubleValue() + 1.0" rationale. If we
are converting a fraction to an int, we should probably return null, as a
fraction is not a valid int.
