Aaron,
Autocommit() was not the issue. It was the usage of
"jdbc:hsqldb:file:" url in the STORE function that was the problem. Replacing
it with "jdbc:hsqldb:hsql://localhost/dbname" solved the issue. Attaching the
updated patch with the test case modification.
