Alan Gates resolved PIG-80.
---------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 0.1.0
Last patch (PIG-80-v05.patch) without changes to use generics checked in. Ben
Reed convinced me that there were very few cases where we were throwing
anything other than an IOException, so making the wrapping mechanism generic
wasn't worth the extra effort. Thank Benjamin for the patch.

> {code:java}

> }catch (Exception e) {
> // Do we need different handling for different exceptions
> e.printStackTrace();
> throw new IOException(e.getMessage());
> }finally{ ...
> {code}
> in my case the sandard output is redirtected to /dev/null so
> "e.printStackTrace();" is lost.
> it should be :
> {code:java}throw new IOException(e);{code}
> no getMessage() because we loose the rest of the stacktrace
