It would most likely crash on all drivers then. It's unlikely that piglit tests are going to display such variances in behaviour. But it doesn't really matter, the only people that can tell if this is a bug in piglit or a bug in the driver are nvidia unfortuantely, unless we can reproduce the bug on open source drivers.
