Speaking of that, one not-so-minor cosmetic detail that I'd like to see changed in the book is the page header font size. Right now it is very big which causes the headers to look like section titles in the main flow of the text. This has confused me more than once when browsing Grubba's copy.
I'll make a note for the next round of revisions; most likely, though, that will have to wait for a second edition, as the layout has been sent to the printer.
For an example, look at http://www.lulu.com/browse/preview.php?fCID=78730 and navigate to, say, page 2. (FYI, while looking at the web preview I noticed a typo on page iv: "Institionen" -> "Institutionen".)
Sadly, my Swedish spelling capabilities are not as good as they could be. Hopefully our Swedish friends will find this error forgivable, under the circumstances.
