Latest update is that I've found two copies of libjpeg in my binary.
One from _Image_JPEG and another from the TIFF library since TIFF
apparently supports JPEG chunks. I'll have a look if other platforms
simply disable JPEG chunks in TIFF or if the problem is masked by load
order (maybe they will blow up only if a suitable TIFF file is
encountered).
