There is an internal repository at Opera, but I don't think they intend to release that one with all their internal modifications. (Nor do I want that to be honest...)
I have a snapshot from their repository which I've cleaned up a little bit and I think it should now be able to run both in a standard Roxen and in a vanilla Roxen CMS, without any modifications.
