Although I haven't encountered that "MT940" format, I'm sure it's common enough.
At least a parser for csv is, preferably with options to control quote chars and quote escape sequences, as I cannot possibly imagine that there is a single universal de-facto standard when it comes to such details. I think the obvious locations would be just Parser.CSV and Parser.MT940. Would that work? > this can already be done by Parser.LR and I'm just being silly for > not reusing that?
