I think we agree on this in principle.
As for the above examples, I'd say it should depend on the
likelihood of someone using it to program.
IMO that would mean that Mysql and Postgres should be moved out of the way,
Nettle and odbc I don't know enough about to decide if anyone would ever
want to use them directly.
