The responsible commit is probably fd4788f9e0667828fcc3c8f8bf080937fdb2abe6,
which added proper support for timezone abbreviations. NFT (ie Norway-
France Time) is mapped to the timezone Europe/Oslo, which in turn has
the standard abbreviation CET. I've updated the testsuite tests accordningly.
