It's confirmed broken. There are a bunch of messages that have not been exported.
This is due to a single point of failure outside of Pike developers and even Lysator control. The exporter is closed source and is run by an external party. We discussed this during the conference and I took the task to fix it. The source for the exporter is in now my possession since a few days back. It will probably be another 2 or 3 weeks before it's moved to a new permanent home within Lysator.
