Hi everyone, I was just notified by one of the users we have set up as an auditor that when he tries to download an attachment from piler, it comes in as the correct filename and extension, however it has no content and downloads as a zero byte file. I have tested downloading attachments from my own archived emails, and they all are zero bytes as well.
Is there something that I am missing, or do I really have no attachments saved for all the email we have archived?
