[Pilot-Unix] StdIOPalm.c, StdIOProvider.c

I have been using the PalmOS 3.5 dev kit for linux, but
haven't been able to locate the files StdIOPalm.c and
StdIOProvider.c.  Where are they?  I've searched the palm.com
site without success.
