You can blame me, and a serious lack of time to release on that
one. I'll update the site. "Officially" -pre4 was never released, and I'm
going to just clean up what's left, and release a 0.9.5 version later this
week. I just haven't had time to muck with the website.
I'm converting that whole thing over to phpNUKE, once I audit the
code for security. This way, I can proxy in authors of content on the
site, and allow other people to contribute, which keeps me focused on
releases and conduits, and less on HTML.
