I've been using malsync for AvantGo and Vindigo for awhile under
linux (primarily for Vindigo, of course). Tom and I have fixed the code in
the cvs at cvs.gnu-designs.com (same CVSROOT as pilot-link, replace with
malsync and libmal), and build that. It should work.
There's one small buglet with sync of Vindigo content, so if
anyone wants to help me debug that, I'd be overjoyed. I spoke with their
guys at Palmsource. I've got some ideas here, just some time to debug it.
