Hey all again —

I should have mentioned this new proposal along side my last one about
project-level requirements, but it is really stand-alone in some sense. I
proposed that we make it possible to install Pinax via PyPI. That will work
as-is today, but there is one minor nit. We are putting PINAX_ROOT/apps on the
sys.path which is horrible leakage for a package. I propose we move to
referencing the apps by their full import path from the pinax package. There
are clearly use cases for the current behavior, but if we don't remove that
requirement we will have a poorly designed package that requires this stupid
requirement ;-)

I am perfectly okay with trade-offs being made for moving it to the full path.
Does anyone else have thoughts?
