Is there any good reason why not to merge fresh-start into master at this point?
I haven't started a new project in a long time on anything but the latest dev release of fresh-start, and there have been many of these projects. Furthermore, I think we generally recommend new users start new projects off of fresh-start dev releases instead of master. Thoughts?
