I was surprised by your post because not only have I had very good experiences with the Zero Image products (I own several), but I have found Zernike to be one of the most responsive sales person/ craftsman I have ever dealt with. Perhaps you should contact him again and be very specific about your concerns re the timetable; Zernike's English is very good but every now and then I have had a miscommunication due to language.
