Hello. I mentioned looking for this book at www.abebooks.com and note in latest digest message that everyone is sold out. Just went to the website and found Tim Rudman's book available at 8 book stores ranging in price from $15.00 on up, with 2 listings in the USA and rest in the UK. I have ordered books through this site many times with no problems. As I stated before, this is one of the best places to find out of print books and this goes for Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, etc.
