I use beading needles, which can be purchased in any clothing materials store (Jo Ann Fabric, for example). If you look at the FAQ in the Pinhole section of my website, you will see complete instructions for making your own pinholes. When I have the need, I will make a dozen at a time, then measure and label them. I've always got the right size when I go to make another camera.
