This reads great.  Just post it as you would normally do if it where me or
Gregg, but replace our names with the address of the list.  It'll work
fine.  I never had any problem with your emails and I don't see why you
would when posting on the list.  (And if they yell at you, I yell back at
them...!)  -:))

And yes, distribute a hard copy to everybody at your workshop.  Is it
indiscreet to ask what you will cover at the workshop?

P.S.  To help you perhaps, I will send you the standard email with Press
Relese that I send around.  It may give you some idea or you could just
reproduce it directly for your own.  The trick i found in copying/pasting
onto an email is that the lines are not aligned properly and that you have
to refit them so that the paragraph break does not happen in the middle of
the line.  (I don't know if that is clear, but try it)
