It's simple a device that keeps your calendar, phone contacts, etc. You can find more information at http://www.palm.com/products/index.html (Palm is just one of the possibilities). My feeling is that it is an expensive way to attempt to replace carrying a few sheets of paper in your wallet, but then I'm also one of the last people who will own a cellular phone.
