I don't know about HK, but strip proofing was, and perhaps still is used by
many in volume portraits, especially those long roll cameras.   Church
Directory photogs, highschool senior school shooters etc.  So contact pro
labs that specialize in that kind of family portraiture, they usually
promote "units" and other multi size package printing, not that you are
interested in that, but that would more likely be promoted in their
advertising, and long roll proofing would more likely be buried in their
price list and the gum chewer answering the phone may not have heard of it
nor know what it is.
