This picture is to me at least, amazingly sharp. Now I just have to figure
how to get closer to this standard. My negs were on colour neg 6x9 Agfa
Ultra 50, and were fuzzy to say the least.
I've had a play since with a slightly larger hole of 0.2mm in shim stock of
0.002" and it is defenitely a cleaner hole but when I examined it in bright
sunlight with a 10x Leica lupe I noticed the inside of the hole was really
very bright and flared very easily (Why was I surprised - it's made of
bright metal) so I guess that I need to examine what materials to make
these black holes out of. It occurs to me that something like lead or
silver would be interesting to try. Thanks again.
