Hi Feroze,
I tried b5e32962e83f5dcde422eb3230167d7f93624266.
When a user clicks a render preset, the Save button should be disabled,
because there is nothing to be saved. It should be enabled only when the
current render settings are different than the render settings of the
selected preset. See the Project Settings dialog for an example of how it
should work.
