Hmm, not sure what to make of this...

That's normal, you were already inside the environment, re-entering the
script makes it think you have gstreamer 1.0 already set up
systemwide... you should exit that environment with ctrl+D first before
re-entering it.

Huh, that's weird, I can't see anything wrong with the syntax near line
310 (but then, I'm not really good at bash scripting)...

Remove the glib directory and try again. Worst case scenario: remove the
"pitivi-git" folder and start over?
