Hi Stevie
It seems so common to have the memory lapses.  What's even worse is when you are not even aware that you have forgotten something.  Family, work colleagues, and friends started noticing my forgetfullness.  At first it was very disheartening, my memory used to be extremely sharp.  With the forgetfullness came the panick attacks.  All of this was happening before my diagnosis of acromegaly, so along with memory decline I also had all the nice symptoms that come with that disease.  I figured I better start exercising ny brain so I started memorizing numbers- phone, all kinds of combinations, etc..    I had tumor sugery 3yrs ago.  All hormones have been normal since then..  My memory has improved 1000%.  I don't know if the memory decline is due to hormonal imbalace, tumor size, locations etc.  I do know that my recall of munbers now is great.  I do hope the best for you and all others here,  we do suffer alot and most of the time in silence.
