It is really hard to say wince we have such fluctuations for so long after 
childbirth if it is just a normal hormone thing or something more. Your OB is a 
great place to start. However, when I started having symptoms after my child my 
OB did not pick up on it! I had no idea what a Pituitary tumor was at that 
point 
and I went years complaining about hormones to any doctor who would pretend to 
listen and then put me on an antidepressant! Make sure they do a complete 
hormone panel on you!!! I would highly suggest you stop expressing milk. The 
more you express the more encouraged your body is to continue producing-:) Good 
luck and keep us posted regardless of what the answer is. If it is not a tumor 
your symptoms can help someone else who wanders on!!!!
