Dear Acro1974:

I am looking to be "cured" just functional again. If there is something
that went wrong with your surgery and you would like to share it that would be
great! The issue is you have an issue with a surgeon that I am not scheduled to
have surgery with so I am not sure how it is that you feel your case applies to
mine. If you would like to share that information it might make more sense to
me. The same technique means little to me as you can use the same technique
with
different hands and have opposite outcomes.

The information you shared is interesting but you left out the important
fact that the complaint was withdrawn.

ACCUSATION AND/OR
PETITION TO REVOKE
PROBATION
WITHDRAWN
OR
DISMISSED
Accusation and/or Petition to Revoke
Probation "Withdrawn"
means the
formal charges were dropped before
the matter went to an
administrative
hearing (often after the licensee has
passed a competency
examination.)
Accusation and/or Petition to Revoke
Probation "Dismissed"
means the
matter went to litigation and the
respondent/licensee prevailed
either
at the administrative level or at the
judicial level.

I have a neurosurgeon who I have been consulting with, met in person
several times, and who follows my care for 4 years now. He does not feel he can
perform the procedure without damaging healthy tissue but at this point since
my
blood work has changed he would do my surgery. I feel that Dr. Shahinian is
much
more confident in his abilities to get this tumor then my neurosurgeon.

Please feel free to share anything more then you are not satisfied with
your outcome by a different doctor!

HUGS,

Tina
