Hi Manitobagirl I guess I should go back a bit so my story makes sense, I
was diagnosed in 1997 with my tumor it was a macroadenoma and it was causing me
terrible problems, weight gain, headaches, fatigue, mood swings, red puffy
face. I was being seen by an Endocrinologist and a Neurologist. They had
differing opinions on treatment the endo said drugs the other surgery. I tried
Bromo for a bit the side effects were terrible so i had surgery the surgery was
very successful I was tumor and symptom free for over five years the tumor came
back and surgery was not an option due to tthe small size of the tumor thats
wehn I went on dostinex I was on that for 4 years and i noticed great changes
in my personality so thats how I got started on the Norprolac. So far I am
tired, headachey and a little emotional... hoping that these side effects go
away soon! I Will keep you all updated.
