While I am no expert on the supplements you listed, and I am not on 
cabergoline, I went to a holistic acupuncturist to discuss natural ways to 
lower my prolactin level. She recommended the supplement Prunella 8 from Seven 
Forests brand. It's available online. While I haven't seen an actual drop in my 
prolactin level, it HAS stopped increasing, and I feel more hormonally 
balanced. Fewer emotional rollercoasters for sure. I would be very interested 
to see what others say about Chamomile, as I drink it often in tea and would be 
concerned if that can raise prolactin levels.
