Resolution: Won't Fix
VMware is owned by a larger company, and the CCLA is formulated that it owning
entity must approve the CCLA, which VMware legal think is unnecessary process
and more than they can be bothered to muster.
The 2 developers from VMware are confident in both their rights to contribute
and claim to have separate agreement with VMware management for their work on
this project. I have adviced them of their exposure and they still think
everything is fine. I therefor consider this to be a resolved issue.
