It does. But the commit email will be FROM:tvolk...@apache.org, and you are not subscribed as that, hence the moderation request to me (and others). So, do a small commit. And if it doesn't arrive within a minute, please subscribe with the @apache.org address. I am going to sleep now, and not sure who else is moderator....
