Don't have a clue. Probably just ask on a distribution list. You might
try [email protected], a lot more folks are on that list.
And a lot of them are experienced in this regard (httpd is part of
many distros after all).

Graduation is not necessarily a pre-requisite I think, though it will
help considerably.
