Fix For: 1.2
Create WTKXSerializer#interpretObject(), which will return a String
representing the interpreted Java source code for the given WTKX resource.
This method will be used by pivot.wtkx.BindProcessor to compile WTKX resources
directly into Java classes using the bind annotations.
