Fix For: 1.3
Detect if hardware-accelerated Transparencies features are available (depending
on the Java platform and version, starting from Java 6 Update 10) and use them,
or if not available do nothing.
Note that this needs some additional parameters in the wtk files ...

Ah, an interesting thing to note it that in Java 7 this will be put in a
standard package (and maybe will remain also in the current package).
