Table re-sorts itself incorrectly in the stock tracker tutorial

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch the stock tracker tutorial demo
2) Select JAVA (Sun Microsystems)
3) Click the "Value" column header to sort by value ascending (bringing JAVA to
the top)
4) Click the "Value" column header again To sort by value descending (bringing
GOOG to the top and auto-selecting it)
5) Wait...
Result:
After a few seconds (should be less than 10), the table will re-sort itself by
Symbol ascending, although the value column header will still report that it's
being sorted on value.
