As far as I understand it, tossing around ideas in code is fine to do over email. Project Mentors, please correct me if I'm wrong.
So I tried diffing what you sent against the WTKXSerializer in SVN, but the diff was so substantive that it was hard to understand the change -- can you describe what the change does?
