At least 1 jnlp file has been created for every Tutorial / Demo in the Index
page, and in some cases more than 1 to show some differences (for example
Unsigned and Signed).
In any sample, I've used the same parameters of the Applet version.
Note that JNLP files needs absolute paths for some resources (they work much
better in this way), so the index page has become a jsp page, and all jnlp
files are jsp pages (with jnlp extension mapped on the JSP Compiler) because
they need some dynamic behavior.
So all this stuff is only for the pivot-demos.war .
For out site we will link a static version of jnlp file/s but only for the
Kitchen Sink Demo.
