FileBrowser doesn't allow the user to navigate to any other drive than the
system drive in Windows -- if the user has partitioned their hard drive or want
to navigate to removable media, they can't. This isn't an issue in Linux or OS
X due to the fact that all drives are mounted as folders somewhere off the root
folder.
